Women leaders still face systemic bias that puts them in a double-bind – if they’re strong leaders they’re not ‘feminine’ enough and if they’re too feminine they can’t be effective leaders.

The Change We Need

Despite decades of efforts to make workplaces more inclusive and support women to fulfil their potential, the picture is grim. Research shows that women are still passed over for promotion and the majority have experienced microaggressions and sexual harassment at work.

We believe the challenge is not (just) about getting more women into leadership – it’s about fundamentally re-designing our approach to leadership so women can live their full potential and power.

What We Offer

Talks and Workshops

In these short offerings we introduce the core concepts that lay the groundwork for a new model of women’s leadership. We help participants to decode the ways that bias has impacted their ability to fulfil their potential and unlock it in others. We help women attune to their own mind, emotions and body so they can fully resource themselves, build resilience and develop the courage to question the status quo and lead differently.

Programmes & Group Coaching

Our programmes and group coaching circles provide women the space, time and community support to deeply explore their own purpose and potential. We help them to embed new ways of being and seeing into their leadership journey so they can bring their whole selves to their work and life, and actively contribute to creating new inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.

Consulting

We work with organisations that are committed to making real change and prepared to engage in a process of deep self inquiry, look holistically at their cultures, practices and leadership to identify where they can better support women.
